Outside, guests can relax in the large enclosed garden, enjoy outdoor dining with the BBQ area, or unwind in the private hot tub after a day by the sea. Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, private off-road parking, laundry facilities, and modern amenities provide everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. Location Situated in the peaceful village of Caister-on-Sea, the holiday home is just a short walk from the dog-friendly sandy beach, making it perfect for coastal walks and family days out. Local pubs, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday amenities are nearby, while Great Yarmouth, Britannia Pier, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, Caister Castle & Motor Museum, Hemsby, Winterton-on-Sea, and the Norfolk Broads National Park are all within easy reach for memorable day trips. Good to know Guests have exclusive access to the entire holiday home with convenient self check-in. The optional private hot tub is available for an energy charge of £25 (capped at £100 per stay) and may take up to 20 hours to reach full temperature. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night, while early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for £25, subject to availability. For accidental damage, guests can choose a £30 Damage Waiver (covering up to £300) or a refundable £300 security deposit. Pets are welcome for £50 per pet, per stay. Dogs are welcome but must remain downstairs, stay off the furniture, and the BBQ should be cleaned after use. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
